Overview
I’d rate this around a 4.3/5 overall. It’s a solid portable induction cooktop that does what it promises, with a few small quirks. The heating is fast and efficient—water boils quickly and it responds well when you change settings. I really like the wide range of presets (both temperature and power). It makes it easier to keep things at a gentle simmer without scorching, and it can still get hot enough for stir-frying. The one-touch smart menus are convenient too. The Boil/Hot Pot/Stew/Keep Warm options are straightforward, and the display is easy to read, so it’s beginner-friendly. The cooktop looks nice on the counter, and the ceramic glass surface wipes clean easily, which I appreciate. A couple minor downsides: like most induction burners, it only works with magnetic cookware, so you may need a new pot or pan if you don’t already have compatible ones. Also, the preset-based controls can feel a little “stepped” rather than perfectly smooth if you’re used to a traditional stove. Safety features are a plus—pan detection, lock, overheat protection, and the timer help it feel reliable. Overall, it’s a great value for everyday cooking, especially for a small kitchen, apartment, or RV.
